ok.
i beleive that a web-entity can be created using php/mysql alone. that is basically the goal of this project. to create an AI that is as advanced as possible using php/mysql. i've barely began work on it, but it can be done in our spare time.

i think it'd be a neat project that almost anyone could work on.
